Pocoyó is back up for adoption 💔

Last year, we rescued Pocoyó when he was just a few weeks old and had part of his back leg amputated. He was bottle-fed and surrounded by lots of love.

The absence of his leg doesn’t stop him from doing anything: he runs, jumps, and plays like any other kitten.

We posted about him several times until a family decided to foster him with the possibility of adoption. It happened: Pocoyó found his place, and after several months, the adoption was formalized.

What was our surprise?

After two months of being formally adopted, we were contacted to say they could no longer keep him due to personal reasons…

It makes us want to throw in the towel and disappear. We lose faith more and more each day. We filter adoptions a lot, but there are things that continue to surprise and frustrate us.

So this precious little one, now one year old, needs a family again. We truly hope that this time he finds a forever home.
