After several attempts, we have finally managed to rescue this little one. Now her recovery begins, and we will do everything possible to help her become strong and healthy again. 🐾💕
Rescue achieved! 🐱💪
Two weeks ago, we were alerted about this cat. She looked very unwell: she had an open wound on her head that took a long time to heal, she appeared thin, wasn’t getting up to eat, and her paws were very dirty. We thought she might be affected by calicivirus.
The problem was her location: she spent the day sitting on a rock in uneven terrain. We went three times with a trap cage, but she didn’t go in. On another occasion, we tried to approach her with a towel, but she got agitated and escaped.
Today, finally, with five people and a net, we were able to catch her. This afternoon, we will administer fluids to rehydrate her, and in the coming days, we will take her to the veterinarian for a complete assessment.
The good news is that she has a lot of strength. We will keep you updated on her progress day by day.
“Thank you to everyone who contributed to this rescue.”
Every contribution helps us rescue, care for, and find loving homes for abandoned cats in Benidorm.

Spaying helps prevent unwanted litters, reduce abandonment, and protect the well-being of our cats. Prevention is always the first step. 🐱

This affectionate cat has appeared alone in La Nucía with a pink collar. We want to find his family or, if no one claims him, help him find a new home. 🏡💕

One euro may seem very little, but when many people come together, it can turn into food, veterinary treatments, and new opportunities for the cats that need it the most. 💕
