🚨🐾 This is the reality of animal rescue 🐾🚨

After a long day at an adoption fair, taking care of all the cats we have and coming home completely exhausted, we receive a call about two kittens that have been found in a field. They haven't eaten since noon, they have been left a bowl of water but we are told they cannot be taken anywhere nor can it be guaranteed that they will spend the night safely. 😔

So, despite our exhaustion, we got dressed, took the car, and went to get them. Because our conscience doesn't allow us to leave them to their fate. 😓💔

This is the day-to-day of animal rescue. We never know what awaits us. And this is how we end our weekend… fighting to give them one more chance. 🙏
